Europe Region | 1st Joint Working Groups Meeting of the 2024-2026 term

The members of the Working Groups of the Europe Region for the 2024-2026 term met in person for the first time to plan the work ahead for the next 2 years.

The members of the Permanent and Thematic Working Groups of the Europe Region of World Physiotherapy met in Madrid on 4 and 5 October 2024 for the 1st Joint Working Groups Meeting of the 2024-2026 term.

During these days, they discussed the projects that will be developed during the next two years (based on the recommendations from the General Meeting) and designed the roadmap to follow.

How did Working Groups members felt at the end of the meeting?

The Executive Committee of the Europe Region, along with representatives from the Spanish Association of Physiotherapists (AEF) and the townhall of Madrid, took the opportunity to visit the proposed venues for the 6th Europe Region Physiotherapy Congress, which will take place on 5-6 November 2026 in the Spanish capital.
